Fees Policy
- The programme will operate from 3.00pm to 6.00 pm during the term time Monday to Friday.
- The programme will not operate on public holidays or if the school has to be closed due to unforseen events.
- You will be charged at your latest usual pick up time. (ie if you usually collect your child at 5.30, you will be charged the rate up till 6.00 pm, even if you arrive earlier from time to time). We do this because we need to know how many staff to have on later in the afternoon.
- During the school holiday programme the hours of operation will be: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30 pm every day. Current fees are $46 until 3.00pm and $50 until 5.30 pm. We do not charge on top of this for trips. Our fee is an all inclusive fee.

$5 for regular kids (plus their usual daily charge). This is to go towards extra wages for staff for extra time. Casual rates apply for the hour otherwise ($17). |

- Non-attendance will be charged at the normal daily rate.
- Fees are paid directly to the supervisor or online.
- All fees are due two weeks in advance and are non-refundable. Bookings for the holidays will only be made once payment is received.
- A penalty fee to cover staff wages will be charged for collecting children after closing time.
- When the child is enrolled for a week that includes a public holiday fees are payable for the day/s of that holiday as we still have to cover staff wages.
- Fees are charged for absences (regular bookings) - sickness, playdates, school camps, family holidays etc. We ensure we have staff in place to look after your child on their regular days. Staffing is our biggest cost. We still have to pay those staff members if you have gone on holiday etc.
- Casual fees are base fees plus $3 – if we have spaces available
